Do I need an account to order?
You can browse the store without signing in. Creating an account makes checkout faster, lets you track orders, save favourites, and request returns online.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We support the payment options shown at checkout, including M-Pesa and card payments where available. Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi orders are often dispatched the same day for in-stock items. Countrywide delivery times depend on your location and courier schedules. Estimated timelines are shown during checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?

How do returns work?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
