Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items on shipped or delivered orders.
Eligible items
- Unused clothing and accessories with original tags attached
- Unused toys, gear, and nursery items in original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or incorrect — contact us with photos
Non-returnable items
- Opened diapers, wipes, and personal care products
- Opened feeding bottles, pacifiers, and hygiene products
- Custom or personalised gift items
- Items marked final sale
How to request a return
- Sign in to your Bubblywoo account
- Open the order from My orders
- Select Request return and tell us why
- We will review your request and reply with next steps
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed to your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds typically reflect within a few business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request a return and place a new order for the correct size. We will prioritise approved exchange requests where stock allows.
